Amicase is a legal case and hearing management app. The core court, case, and hearing information shown in the app is collected from publicly available sources and court-related public records, and is presented to help users track matters, schedules, and related case details. In addition to this public-source data, we may collect information you provide directly to us when you use the app, including your mobile number for OTP login, your name, court registration details, optional lawyer or bar identifier, comments or notes you add to cases, and messages you submit through support or account-related requests.

We use this information to authenticate your account, set up and maintain your profile, connect you to selected courts, display relevant case and hearing information, send optional push notifications such as hearing reminders, respond to support requests, and protect the app from misuse. We may also process technical information needed to run the service, such as a locally generated device identifier, app session tokens, and push notification tokens. This data is used for app functionality, security, access control, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

Your information may be stored on your device and on our systems or service providers that help us operate authentication, backend APIs, and notifications. We do not treat publicly sourced case data as confidential user-submitted content, but we handle the account, device, and note data tied to your use of the app with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. You may choose not to enable notifications, and you may request help with account access, correction, or deletion through the app’s support channels.
